Antares Models is a producer and mail-order company specialized in uncommon resin conversion kits. Main point of interest is that they are prototypes, or strange aircraft types, mostly of World War Two in 1:48th scale, which are not available at all.
They are introducing now to their catalogue resin/metal conversion sets for their kits .
All of their kits are released in limited-edition form so this makes them a buy quickly – or miss out scenario.

September 21, 2012. The Fieseler Fi-103 A-1 Reichenberg training versions are ready. These aircraft were used for training the pilots to fly the Fi 103 A-1 “Reichenberg IV”, a manned version of the German V-1 flying bomb, proposed for self-suicide attacks against the Allies.
June 29, 2012. The long-awaited 1/72 Focke Wulf Ta 400 Long-distance bomber is released finally…. The kit is very big, 62 cms. span and 40 cms. length.It features more than 90 resin resin parts, 19 white metal parts, 6 vacuformed parts, decals and instructions.
March 7, 2012.1/48 Fw 190 F-8/R15 conversion set is available. This set allows you to build the BT 1400 torpedo carrier version of the Fw 190.
September 22, 2011. Messerschmitt Me 262 V-1 is ready! The prototype of this famous fighter was flown for first time fitted with a Jumo 210 G piston engine (the same of the Me 109 D).
May 18, 2011. Messerschmitt P 1108 is released. This 1/72 long-range bomber was a designed by Messerschmitt bureau using the most-advanced aerodynamic features of WWII years.
January 29, 2011. Another 1/48 Fw 190 conversion is available. This set allows to build the Fw 190 F-8 / M-82, a strange version of the Kurt Tank’s famous fighter, fitted with a Shvetsov M-82 engine, the same of the La-5FN Russian fighter.
